The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. "Fantastic customer service! Sean Holmes, owner/representative, was extremely responsive and engaged from start to finish of our project. We couldnâ t be happier with the process of working with Odyssey Contracting and with their completed work. We had several roofing companies look at our roof, before choosing Odyssey. We were immediately impressed with Sean who was personable and friendly. He did an extremely detailed inspection, taking a number of pictures to show us damage we were unaware of and which was significant. He advised us to contact our insurance company to submit a claim (hadnâ t realized we could do that!), then made sure to be there when the adjustor arrived. Our roof was a bit more complicated than some, as we had three skylights that needed replacing and wanted to add two more skylights, a solar tube, and a roof ridge. Odyssey took all this on, and even went the extra mile in helping us select and order the right skylights. Before starting work, Sean made extra-sure everything needed was on-site. Then, on roofing day, Odysseyâ s work crew showed up prepared and within the day had finished absolutely EVERYTHING perfectly. "Junior and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish! To start, Junior was upfront and honest during the quote, especially in areas where we could save money or piece the project out due to the large span and overall cost. Junior was very communicative regarding his scheduling and worked around our busy schedules. During the job, his crew did a fantastic job of marking and repairing the walls before painting, and the finished project was beyond our expectations. He pointed out a few areas of concern that her fixed in the drywall that we hadn’t even noticed or known to look for. As far as their professionalism, the House was almost certainly cleaner than when they came in, even during drywall repairs and sanding. "I have used Ralph's services twice, and he has been more than professional and accommodating.  He installed all the lighting in my kitchen and great room while my home was being renovated.  Due to a change in my renovation schedule, I had to call him last minute to install lighting in my great room (which required scaffolding to reach), and he was able to arrange his schedule to be there the next day (the last day my painting crew would have the scaffolding up in the space).  His flexibility saved my reno budget and schedule!  He did such an excellent job, I asked him to come back and change my kitchen track lighting to recessed lights the following week, and they look amazing!  Not only do the lights work well, he positioned them in such a way that highlights my cabinets, counter-tops, and new hardwood floors beautifully!!  I will definitely be calling him for any of my future electrical needs, and I highly recommend his services!
