They are not necessarily a bargain crew; they are a little pricey, but the quality of work justifies the price. The quality of the work was flawless. I had other estimates given to me where the labor charges were perhaps less than theirs, however it required me to go out and purchase the material so you add up the price I pay to purchase the materials and then the price I would pay for the labor it probably comes out close to what I paid Imperial Kitchens and Baths. Their responsiveness was outstanding. The day I called them the owner of the company was at my door that afternoon to take a look at things and to do some measurements. They were to show up for three days in a row at 8 a.m. and they were there a little before 8 a.m. They made every attempt to not only be professional, but certainly to look professional. They cleaned up after themselves very adroitly. It came out really good. I got to be quite friendly with the owner of the company and the response would be tremendous, that to me is important. </p>"
