"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

He works hard to make sure he understands what the client wants/needs and is satisfied before wrapping up a job. Allsouth does moves in Mobile and Baldwin county.... and perhaps other areas as well. Price is very reasonable and a good value. If you need someone with their own moving vehicle, find a different company since at this time they don't have a truck. However, I've always driven my own trucks or pulled trailers. Allsouth shows up in their own vehicle and drives to each location in the move. That actually makes Allsouth's costs more reasonable. I highly recommend Allsouth Movers and suggest them to friends and family."
