Installation was on time and within our budget. Work crew was friendly, attentive and addressed all issues we presented; my wife is an artist and perfectionist. At end of job they assured us they would address any future quality problems. Mostly, we love our new patio and value added to our home."

"I will be brief.    RM Outdoor Living did an outstanding job - well beyond my initial expectations ( which were high ).   Our driveway spans a creek with a  stone bridge whose foundation had been slowly eroding  since we purchased our house in 1981.   In addition, one of the buttresses had collapsed and the other was possibly on the verge of doing the same.   I became increasingly concerned and this year it deteriorated beyond what I was able to tolerate.   Robert ( owner of RMOL ) came out to give an estimate.    We discussed the situation and he formulated a plan which I considered sound and affordable, so I hired him to do the job.    Because of his tight schedule he could not begin for a few months.   Meanwhile, I had noticed a bad review on Angie's List and became a little concerned.  Thankfully, I didn't put too much credence in that review since the scope of jobs differed and RM's plan seemed to be what I needed ( and, quite frankly, I couldn't find anyone else willing or able to do the job in an affordable or  timely manner ).    To my surprise, the plan we discussed and the finished product seemed to differ in my favor.   I had hoped only for reinforcements so the bridge would not collapse.   What I got was not only substantial reinforcements but ones which seemed part of the original bridge.  They had  replaced the damaged buttress and reinforced the other.   The fix completely blended with the original structure.    I could not be more delighted.   In fact, I couldn't wait to show and tell everyone I knew about our new bridge. <br /> After worrying all these years, I am now convinced that our bridge will outlast anything else on our property, conceivably even our house.   Thank you RM for a job well done. <br />"

"Worked primarily with Chip, John and Brian. We really wanted to get rid of our drop ceiling and the dining room and take out the wall between it and the kitchen to give us an open floor plan. We live in a house build in the 1920's so I was worried what we would find when we started opening things up. The Home Improvement Coach spent a lot of time with me prior to the project starting and because of their experience working in older homes, made me feel comfortable that if anything did come up, they could handle it. They did a fantastic job and completed the project on time and on budget. My biggest things when evaluating contractors are quality of work and communication. The Home Improvement Coach excels at both. I was happily surprised during the project at their willingness to clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. Even though they were working at the house for a couple weeks, they understood that we still had to live there and did everything they could to allow us to be comfortable in the evenings. Every time we had questions or concerns, Chip and team were quick and happy to respond. We made some changes during the project and to no surprise, they were happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend Chip and look forward to having them back to renovate our kitchen."

"They were great, came out quickly and went over all of my needs, and provided an estimate for all of it even though they knew I would not be able to afford to get it all done at this time, they said they would work with me and get each project done when I can. My first was creating new beds and mulching them, they got it all done really quickly and the beds looked great. We had a hard rain the night it was done and the next day I saw the dye came off the black mulch. I wasn't even sure if I would mention it, but I did and they didn't hesitate to make it right, it was the first time they used the supplier, they actually removed the faded mulch and replaced it all within a week. "The team from StoneCraft LLC did an incredible job restoring our 40 foot tall chimney, pouring a new concrete crown and installing stone veneer and new flashing. The team was professional and quick, going from scaffolding to completion and cleanup in two weeks. The cleanup was so thorough that other than the gorgeous new chimney, you would never even know they had been there. Very, very impressed with the professionalism, workmanship, and communication throughout the process."

"Steve did what they said they were going to do and did it on time. The job was neat and the final result was outstanding. Steve was very honest and took a consultative approach prior to the sale. What impressed me the most was what occurred after the job. One of the trees that was planted never really flourished and ended up dying. I reached out to CKC well beyond the warranty and explained the situation. Within a few weeks I had a new tree. I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but I felt so compelled to do so due to the professionalism and character exhibited by Steve and his company. CKC could have easily just walked away or not responded but they went over and above to please me as a customer. At the end of the day you can’t put a price tag on strong ethics and human decency. In a time when small business owners are suffering and every penny matters CKC still put common decency ahead of the almighty dollar.
