"Water heater installed within two hours, with some hiccups in between."

"My 16 year old State water heater broke down. I reached out to Ken as he was recommended by a friend of mine in the same neighborhood. Ken was very transparent about the process unlike the other providers who I reached out to who just wasted my time. First time replacing a water heater so got to learn a lot about the technicalities. Generally, everyone recommends to cross-reference the old model number to a new one so that the dimensions and specs match so that the new one can be installed in the same spot without having to do any more work like moving the vent outlet hole higher or lower plus any more pipe related works. However, there was a 1/4 inch height offset for my new one's vent outlet on the wall, since the old model and the name model recommended did not exactly match 1 to 1. The suppliers who sell you the water heater dont tell you that, and you only find that out if you try to go deep into the specs. Ken picked up my new water heater and confirmed about the dimensions with the supplier who failed to mention this offset to him. When he reached my home with the new model, I told him about the offset which i was not sure about and he again called and confirmed with the supplier who now said ya, there is a 1/4th inch offset. So we were very worried that time if the new one would even fit. But thanks to Ken and his son Ken, who talked to few people and confirmed that they could work with the offset and he installed the new model at my place. It took maybe a couple of more hours for him to install this but he and his son did a fantastic job. It is really hard to find transparent people these days. I am glad I went ahead with Ken for the job. I am highly satisfied and will definitely work with him in future. Highly recommend"

"I needed to replace my water heater, Brian was there the same day, and replaced it in ~2 hours. He was professional, and very considerate of the current Covid-19 guidelines. His price was the lowest quoted, and I could not be happier with the work. Will hire again for any plumbing needs."

"Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."

"Given the fact that having a water heater fail is never a fun experience, Joe and his team did such a fantastic job of making the situation so much better for us. Honest, hard working, fair pricing, and quality work. They were honestly a lifesaver given my wife was recently pregnant and being without hot water is not an option. They came out quickly for the estimate and there the next day for the install. Professional and courtesy and all around great team. Highly recommend!!!"

"John Lund was very professional in discussing my issue. He didn't try to sell me the newest hot item, but instead understood what I really needed and worked with me to make that happen. The quoted price was very reasonable. His team were very efficient and thorough in replacing the hot water heater. They found another issue that they put a temporary fix on. I would highly recommend Lund Plumbing and Heating."

"I had an incredible experience. My water heater was leaking and ready to let go. Brian had contacted me. He set up an appointment the next morning. The two gentleman ( plumbers ) came in. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. And I cannot speak highly enough of them , the speedy work and their professionalism. I now have a new plumber for all my plumbing needs. Thank you."

"Michael Paone is a pro who knows what he is doing. Shows up on time and delivers as promised. Had a water heater that needed replacing and Paone Plumbing replaced and installed without a hitch. Highly recommend."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."
