"We contacted multiple contractors for quotes at the beginning of the project. Bill responded right away and was the first to respond by far. He came out quickly to discuss the project with us and provided useful information about the different options and their pros/cons. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push another fencing type on us like another contractor did. We received a quote the same day shortly after our meeting. It was much more reasonable than the others we received. There were a few months between us receiving the quote and deciding to move forward with the project. Bill didn't skip a beat when we let him know we wanted to push forward. He honored the original quote and got us on his schedule right away. We ended up having to push the start date back due to Hurricane Dorian, but Bill communicated clearly with us during that time. He started as soon as he was able and worked diligently until the job was finished. We are absolutely ecstatic about the final product and have already received several compliments from neighbors. "I experience a water leak coming from water heater in the garage that damage the drywall in my garage and my family room. I called In Out Construction and Jose showed up and gave me an estimate. I thought his estimate was reasonable and fair compared to the other estimates I had received and I decided to go with him. We agreed on a date and time and he showed up ready to go. I provided the materials and he charged me for the labor. Mr Guerra was very professional and easy going. He was on time and ready to go to work. He did an outstanding job installing the drywall and didn't try to rush the job. I was there for the entire time and his measurements was precise and no rework was done. He also ensured minimum dust during the sanding process by using plastic to cover furniture and securing the work area. I also used Mr. Guerra to paint my two walls going upstairs to my 2nd floor and he is in the process of doing some repairs on my fence in the backyard. Mr. Guerra is a real handyman with years of experience and his work backs it up. There are a lot of individuals who pass out business cards or drive around with placards on their vehicles stating they're a handyman but will eventually have to call someone else to do the job. Well this is not the case with Mr. Guerra. He is a real handyman that provide excellent service and could all the things that is on his business card or his website. I would highly recommend Mr. Guerra to anyone looking for a good trustworthy handyman that provide excellent work and a fair price.

"After calling Darrick to request an emergency estimate for damage inflicted to our screen porch by another company, he was out looking at the issue the next day. In person, and by phone, he was pleasant, professional, and clearly an expert. I had 8 estimates to fix this particular problem. Not only was he the most impressive in person, his estimate was also the lowest.  I had one other estimate just a bit higher than his, and everyone else was $1000 - $2000 higher. He was also one of the few contractors to always follow-up quickly and without fail to inquiries. In the end, he wasn't able to do the work for us, because the company who damaged the porch insisted on bringing in a contractor associated with them to repair the damage, but given the choice we would've chosen Darrick and A + M construction. And we plan to call him first the next time we need a contractor.

Our shutters were ready before we were as we were in the process of painting and remodeling. They patiently waited until we were ready for installation.
