He was able to find a solution to run a line from the garage electrical panel to the second floor bathroom on the other side of the house without a need to run a cable outside the house - all other electricians proposed a solution which would expose part of the cable in PVC pipe outside. This solution involves exterior walls penetration and aesthetically would not be very attractive. He also installed a new ceiling fixture which required rewiring of the existing wall outlet and wired and installed new recessed lights in the kitchen.
