Over several years our front door began sticking and the deadbolt lock was not properly closing.  Rick came out and after several attempts to adjust the door determined that the door installation required a reinstall.  He took the frame apart and explained the poor job previously done on installation.  He re-set the door, installed insulation and reinstalled the frame.  His work quality was outstanding.  He was very responsive, timely and his price was very fair for the work that he performed.  I intend to use him again.

"Porter came out to my house to give me an estimate on the work I wanted to have done. Due to my long work hours, Porter came out to my house on a holiday,  New Year's Day, to go over all the information in the estimate with me. He even came up with some slightly different ideas, to help me keep the cost down.  When i finally accepted his bid, we emailed back and forth a few times. He always replied promptly. And he came back out to my house this past Sunday (I thanked him for working around my schedule) so i could sign the contract and give him the down payment. This is my first experience with a contractor and, so far, it's been fantastic. Porter is very polite and matter of fact. I don't have much knowledge of this process, and he took the time to fully explain everything to me so that i could understand it.
As soon as the work permit comes through (could take up to 3 months in Austin), Probuild will do the work for me and i will be able to update my review and base it on actual work performed, instead of just the contact i've had so far.
