"We had an issue with a Dry Well periodically backing up. Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "This USED to be my go to plumbing service. I used to get quality service at a fair price. Once a new plumber started showing up the prices increased. I was given an estimate of $1800 for a routine job. I got two other estimates for $600 and $865 by reputable local plumbers. I donâ t appreciate being taken advantage of. The two plumbers who provided estimates did not charge a fee just for showing up. Some plumbers who charge a fee for showing up will put the fee that towards the cost of the repair. Blue Owl charges are not industry standard!!! I feel bad for all the customers leaving five star reviews who donâ t know that theyâ re being ripped off. If the job is not an emergency, do your homework and get multiple estimates before using this service."

"After some digging got me an approved Navien heater with current Energy Star rating. Got $1100 back in rebates and tax credit. Did job quickly, removed previous heater and installed two other small items for me too. Put in condensate pump as well. All part of the price. Ben is an efficient, effective professional. "I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

Four-man team arrived every day and worked from 8:00 A.M. to about 6:30 P.M. every day. There work was impressive. In eight days they: • repaired rotting wood on garage • replaces seven existing windows and an entrance door • vinyl sided the garage • installed new gutters • demolished front porch and installed a new composite deck The workers were friendly and kept me informed as the project progressed.
