I was told by another company I needed a new furnace or install a water heater to get hot water in the house, Do to very blocked coil in the furnace due to years of deposits. The other company serviced the furnace every year and this happens. 40 plus of service, and they screwed us. JIM came over on Super Bowl Sunday and looked at the situation. "Arrived on time and was courteous. The disposal didn't sound right after installations and he immediately got a replacement and installed it. Total visit was a little over an hour. When setting up the appointment they scheduled it quickly and based it around my work schedule. Very convenient."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Installers arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Had to have them back a couple of times to balance out the rooms. Some were not cooling properly. After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"Used them several times because the service has been great and posted a positive review but felt the need to add an update. I got a second quote for replacing old water valves with PSEG and the difference was in the thousands so ended up going with them. Despite telling AP I would go elsewhere, they kept calling me to pay for the estimate they gave me to complete the service and I got confused. A little turned off by that in addition to the price."
