"Great company to work with. Very easy to talk with and a great explanation for what I needed. Highly recommend."

"Joshua, did a great job, and he was on time. he was professional. I do have a complaint. Joshua, had to cut a hole in the wall. I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. Now I need to pay some one else, after paying 2,719.51 for 4 light install in the celling."

"Our system was making a concerning sound so we called Climate Heroes and they scheduled someone to come out the very next day. The office staff was very empathetic, and we felt prioritized the whole time. Jose Castro is a fantastic technician. He was able to repair our air conditioning systems and even better, explained every detail of what he had done and why it needed to be done. This company seems to know how to hire the best and most knowledgeable people who do exceptional work. It’s been 3 weeks since our service and everything is running smooth. We will be using and recommending Climate Heroes for all AC and heating concerns!"

"As a real estate agent - I am always looking for reliable vendors to help me with my client's needs. Trevor and his crew have always been professional and easy to work with. I have used them in my personal home as well. I highly recommend them for all of your construction needs!"

"The installation went well. There was som initial confusion about the dimensions of the replacement equipment but James took care of that and the correct equipment showed up for the install. The equipment seems to be working well."

"It's been a few weeks since my ducts were cleaned and I have so much less dust in my house! We have a fairly new home (4 years old) and I had no idea how much the construction of the home left in the ducts. The team was polite and were in and out in just a few hours. I"m very happy with the results and will use them again the next time our ducts need cleaning. Thanks to the team!"

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"It is the best choice for anyone needing to put in new heating and air. When my units were installed it was very cold and raining that day, They were so professional they covered all my floors from downstairs to upstairs to keep the floors safe. There was a crew working under the house putting in the downstairs unit in the craw space and another crew upstairs putting that unit in the attack. Their warranty program is the best and they always service both my unit every six months. It really is the best decision we ever made going with Ragsdale ."
