"We had our furnace quit on us the day after Christmas. We called Best Chance Heating and Cooling looking for help. 2 hours later the owner Chance was at our home diagnosing the problem. The unit was very old and had been repaired numerous times. Turned out we needed a new one. Thankfully Chance was able to find us the right replacement and had it installed and working the very next day."
