Steve is a highly reputable person and explains things easily for people not in the Heating & A/C industry. He is very straight-forward with his quote and doesn't try to pressure or scare you into purchasing something you do not need. Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

"I have lived in my home for over 23 years and have used several different Heating and Air companies thru the years... I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

"I called on a Sunday morning and was able to immediately talk to someone. He offered emergency service on Sunday afternoon for a premium or a Monday appointment. I took the Monday appointment. Mike showed up on time with a call about 30 minutes before he arrived. He was friendly and profession and worn a masks at all times. He quickly provided an estimated and replaced the pump on the spot. It may have been one of the easiest service experiences i have had."

"I discovered that our A/C unit was not cooling properly.  On 7/5, I contacted All Temp and scheduled a service/ diagnostic appointment for 7/6.  The office staff was friendly and efficient.  Mike B. arrived within the appointment window and promptly inspected the unit.  He discovered that the contactor was bad and replaced it.  After replacing the part, Mike tested the pressure and temperature and confirmed everything was working properly.  Mike took the time to provide some helpful advice for keeping the unit operating at it's peak.  The entire appointment lasted approx. 30 minutes.  I have used All Temp in the past and would recommend them to friends and family.  In my experience, they have been honest, reliable and efficient.  I've never felt that a technician was trying to "sell me something."  A++ Rating.  *Only note is that I was expecting a call prior to technician arrival, but that's no big deal in my book!
