"First thing first, the company does provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I felt the prices I was charged were really steep for installing lighting fixtures ($470 for a ceiling fan alone as an example ). I?m new to the area so I felt I was taken advantage of in that matter and I was in a bit of time crunch due to traveling arrangements. Customer beware. "

"Terrible service! The electrician came to do a basic job. Not only did he charge 175$ just for a basic diagnosis he said it would cost over 900$ to run one wire to my room. I thanked him for his time and told him to please rewire my room like it was before he came. He was on the phone during the rewiring process and ended up putting two live wires that connected to the outlet together. When the other electrician started working on it there was a small fire that was caused because of this personâ s negligence! Also! The other electrician only charged 100$ to run the same wire! Also the customer service rep that called said she would waive the service fee but the tech said that the fee was being charged. It wasnâ t till I told him that he ended up removing the service fee! Absolute scam!"

"Aire Serv of West Orlando ? Windermere, FL (Aug 12?15, 2025). Labor-only change-outs (I purchased all materials). Crew abandoned the job; my family was without AC for 10 days. Permit lists Craig Morrow as contractor of record but he never appeared; crew seemed inexperienced and unsupervised. ~150 ft each of 7/8? and 3/8? ACR copper were ruined, plus wasted Armaflex and fittings. Brazing was poor. At the air handler they left splices without listed connectors or an enclosure. Access drywall cuts were irregular and larger than needed. A helper walked on the ceiling; fixtures fell and lights now blink?needs an electrician. They refused to remove their defective copper, so I paid others for demo; they also recycled old units with no credit. Deposit was refunded, but my actual costs were far higher. In my experience, owner Mehul K. Patel wasn?t interested in resolving issues. I would not hire this franchise for change-outs. If you proceed, insist on the licensed contractor on site."
