They scheduled another appointment to make an exception in my case and scheduled during the week, but after hours. Fine. When the day came, same thing. Nobody called, no message to confirm. I called again. This time a manager finally came to the phone and basically said the same thing. So they rescheduled me again. At that point I was done, so I cancelled later. "
