"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? He was painting the hole he just patched and textured. He also touched up little nicks here and there that were near by. He had to purchase item and produced receipts. Super fair price and no nickel and dimeing here, He did not try to up charge or talk down previous work I've had done. (Thats a big one for me). You wont be disappointed here."
