I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. "What I thought would be a simple snaking turned out to be a month long adventure working alongside James (owner) and John at Mac Home Services. Mac Home was excellent. Immediately addressed any issues, worked steadily (even through the holidays!) to resolve pressing plumbing issues, kept me well up to date, were very reasonably priced all things considered. I would absolutely use them again for any plumbing issues. I can't say enough good things about the experience overall. My house was built in the late 1800s and ad-hoc added on to over the years with varying degrees of professional work and Mac work well to fix it all. I never felt like they were having me on (as a young-ish woman owner) or upselling me on anything."

The day of the project Declan and Jared arrived promptly and began excavating the sidewalk. They were able to replace the water line with copper and fill in the hole in about 4 hours. They will return in a few days to replace the concrete in the sidewalk. My experience with CJ Doherty was very positive."

"Today I had Paul and Josh returned to my property because of a sewer back up. I previously had Rich and Paul show up before for the same problem. Today, Paul and Josh arrived very timely. They both work diligently to assess the blockage and clear it. It went further out than was expected. I can honestly say Josh and Paul worked very well together and we’re so into completing this mess. I sat there with them the whole time and they were so determined it was amazing to watch. The job was more complex but they both remained calm and very confident and they were not leaving till that camera showed a clear passage. Came once with an eye popping quote. I asked Tony to come back as his work clearly was not effective the first time around. He gave many excuses, beyond that was defensive and verbally aggressive, and ultimately is not coming back to do the job he was hired and payed to do. Excellent at making excuses. Terrible at clearing drains. DO NOT USE."
