"It went well. The installation took 2 1/2 days. The technicians arrived on time and explained what they would be doing that day. They were neat and effecient and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They finished as scheduled and showed me how to use the system before leaving. The system seemed to work initially but I realized that the air wasn't getting cool. I called and they sent a tech out the following day, who promptly found out what the problem was and corrected it. Overall the experience was very positive from the visit of the sales rep to the final tech visit.We originally purchased the system for zoned air conditioning for our older home. Lastly the for the other toilet problem, he suggested I buy a toilet and he would install it saving me hundreds of dollars! He even gave me the brands that he liked for toilets. Brandon even checked my furnace, gave me some suggestions and gave me a quote on the water heaters that are close to replacement. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
