"The design work was excellent, the attention to detail along with ideas to work out issues that I had with the existing framework in the house.  It now looks like the room was design around the fireplace instead being added.  Mr. Lombardo was able to work my project into his schedule in a timely manner and completed the job ahead of schedule.  The workmanship exceeded my expectations.  He was able to color match the existing trim work exactly and the finish clear coat was superior to most.  We now have him working on all of our closet and storage shelving."

"Len and  his partner worked on two different days and  arrived a few hours late on the first day but had the wrong phone number to contact me.  They were however able to complete the work that I needed to done very satisfactorily.  The did not have a tall enough ladder to install the ceiling fan but did return a few days later having rented an appropriate ladder from Home Depot.  Hanging the fan was clearly a two man job and they did a great job.  Although they did not have the proper ladder initially they were willing to get the rental and return to complete the install.  The ladder was huge and they had to transport carefully on their truck.  I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to complete the task.  They were friendly, professional and very accommodating.  I originally purchases the 3 hrs of 2 handymen services for $275 and paid an additional $175 for the fan install which included the rental of the extra tall ladder from Home Depot.  The job did take them an additional hour plus and was not an easy task.   I will definitely hire them again and referred them to my sister.

"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. Once they were done they cleaned up and as I walked the yard with them and each time I asked a question or pointed something out they patiently answered all questions. When I asked if they could take "one more pass" with the magnet for nails they said no problem and did another sweep. Finally, today I met Jeff when he and Luke came back to walk the property and answer any additional questions I had. I would recommend Rock Solid Exteriors to anyone in need of work on their home."

"You would have to be careful of whatever you order. Make sure you're there when everything arrives to make sure you get what you ordered. If you're installing a roof, sit outside and make sure they put every layer on they're suppose to. They were suppose to put 3 layers of paper down before putting down the roof tiles. They said they did this, but if you go into our attic now - there are certain spots you can see the sky. We paid $8000 to have the roof done. I'm still getting debris falling in. They left nails in my grass. They didn't put down drop clothes when they were working."

"The carpenter, Sean, arrived on time, discussed in detail what he would do, then cut away the old wood and installed new, wolmanized, 2'x8' boards. Not an easy project due to the tight spaces involved and the necessity of moving wires."
