They worked on three separate large projects: (1) a main-level kitchen, dining and living room remodel, (2) basement refinish and mudroom rebuilt (3) bathroom, primary bedroom and family room remodel. Both Sara and Estenio listened carefully to our needs and preferences and offered suggestions based on their experience and desire to provide a high-quality finished product. The craftsmanship and attention to details in the finished spaces are truly impressive. On the main level they transformed a boxy layout into a modern, open-concept kitchen, dining and living room. The bathroom, primary bedroom and family room are now beautiful functional spaces tailored to our needs. APD did a great job on waterproofing and finishing the basement and mud room that are now inviting and well-designed spaces. ADP has an amazing team. We highly recommend them !"

They reconstructed and restored an upper rear deck, dining room porch and far-back lower deck, repaired a front dormer, repaired an entire front & side façade and then recovered it with new clapboard, installed millwork around new Pella windows, installed real shutters, & a far-back canopy. He was meticulous in his work, placing drop cloths down to protect my floors, and also keeping a bucket for the smaller trash. Scott stripped everything down to the studs, took out the old tub and shower, and kept the work area as neat and clean as possible throughout the job. My bathroom is tiny, but he got things installed without too much fuss, He worked long hours. I?m beyond satisfied with the job Scott delivered.
