I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. We were worried about what we heard about the noise factor with high velocity units and these guys take great care to design the lengths and add sound-dampening material to the last 3 feet of the vents.
