Since the overhead lighting was out, he was prepared with a headlamp and a flashlight. Actually, he brought all the tools needed to complete any work I may have required. My issue was promptly resolved and it’s still running smoothly. Professional, prompt, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend this gentleman!"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
