"So far it has been good. I've been dealing with Leonard there. They are actually working with our insurance company right now so we have not actually begun the work yet. He's been out twice, I would say the first one was probably about a month ago and then there was subsequent work to be done. He came back here for a re-inspection and then it could be another month before the insurance company comes out for another inspection. I think our experience has been very good.
