"We had a very good experience with our Bathroom Remodel. Basically, the bathroom was gutted. Dylan was the representative that helped us through the design process. He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. I had 3 to do's I needed done.  One was accomplished. 

On one, the workman stated the part I had wouldn't work, suggested I return the part for a similar part from a recommended supplier & then call provider back for another appt.

On the last to do, as I recall, he didn't have seals for the type of faucet that was leaking.  Workman suggested that we replace the faucet rather than have the seals replaced.  Again, recommended a supplier to obtain a new faucet & then we could call them back for another appt.

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. I called and explained what was going on and they assured me that someone will be out as soon as possible.  A bit later the technician came to the house ,first he greeted us then he put on his shoe covers before coming into the house.  When I showed the technician the problem he was very patient in explaining to me what all needed to be done and he answered all my questions in a way that i could understand. "After the blistering summer of 2012, and hand watering all of the flowers, shrubs, trees and grass, I decided that we needed an irrigation system. So I called my favorite contractor, Dunn Home Improvements (DHI) to put it in. Josh Dunn and his crew arrived at the appointed time with all of the tools and equipment necessary for the job, professionally dressed and ready to start working.  The first day they installed a new 8 zone irrigation system and used a trencher in the yard and flower beds for the water lines.  The second and third day they laid lines and installed approximately 40 heads, a rain sensor and backflow preventer.  All three days they arrived on time and ready to work.  They also maintain the system by coming out twice a year to start my system in the spring and shut it down in the fall.  They also adjusted any heads that needed it.  They did a great job and answered all of my questions.  Great Customer Service! Now all of my plants are very happy, healthy and beautiful and I didn't have to water anything by hand.  Working with DHI folks is always a pleasure.  DHI is the only number that I call when I want to build, remodel and install.
