"The electrical cord did not reach the outlet box so I have to use an extension cord to operate the door opener. Tech said that if an inspector looked at it that this would be illegal Wondered why the motor was installed in this matter. I paid, I believe over $800 for substandard work. Now I need an electrician to correct the problem. I'm not satisfied with this job."

"The guy arrived on time ready to do the job. He was very efficient went over with me. The problems that I was having with my door and step-by-step. Show me what he needed to do to fix the power he replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and all of this did not take no more than an hour and a half. I am very happy with his work and I will be calling them out again for future services."
