"Edwin and his team performed the repair tasks effectively and on time/budget. The portico of my front door had water damage. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend his company."

"We were very pleased with the quality of work delivered on our project to repair our indoor stair railing. Over a period of two decades our cat had used the railing posts as a scratching post. We were concerned that the repair might not be esthetically pleasing without a full replacement. We were delighted that a pleasing and economical solution was delivered for this project in the promised timeframe. The assigned worker communicated well, offered options and delivered beyond our expectations."

"The repairs were completed as asked and I am satisfied with the original work that was done and he did come back to finish some items. He was reasonable for the work."

"The work was done only one week from the day that they came out to see the roof for the estimate.
Everything looks great, and I could tell that it was very detailed and fussy work. The new shingles match the old ones perfectly; they are woven into the old ones well, and the valley where the old and new roofs meet is covered with what I think is called a "weave" seam, which looks like a herringbone pattern: extra fancy. I can see at least one side of the roof repair from an upstairs window. They worked after sunset to get the job done in one day, using headlamps. Cleanup was great, with no nails in the driveway or debris flying around, even though they were finishing up in the dark. Since I had more rotten plywood in the area to be repaired than originally expected, and the work took more shingles, the actual cost was understandably $219 more than the original estimate, but again, that was completely understandable and within the range of other estimates from other contractors. They had to fetch more shingles twice. Their written business policies state that this can happen, and it's only fair. They did call to explain this before they mailed the invoice. We have had one heavy rain since the repair was completed, and I am happy that there were no drips from the metal wrap under my porch, for the first time in about 21 years.
I hope that this repair carries me through until the entire roof needs redone in another 10-15 years, and I would have this outfit do the work then."

"Mr, John Cacopardo is knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He is very patient in explaining the process of the project and shared what he was doing and why he is taking the steps to fix the problem in the most efficient and less expensive way. The quality of his work is much desired. In addition, he recommends future projects and made sure points to consider to be aware of and why, Overall, his customer service is outstanding without doubt We will request his help for future plumbing and carpentry home projects. We greatly appreciate the work that Mr Cacopardo have done for us. Thank you very much."

"I had 3 bids on the project and Anthony came in lowest by a bit but suggested using better paint- Benjamin Moore Aura- which is what we had used inside. I liked that he knew our favored paint store- Wills Decorating- and when I called them they recommended him highly. It's apparent that it's a newer company and Anthony is trying to build a reputation and loyal client base. His prices seemed very fair and he is personable and straightforward and seems to know paint products well. The painters were friendly and professional, did a great job, and cleaned up well. Anthony followed up with me afterwards and I mentioned an area on the portico repair that looked a bit rough, and he sent someone to fix it. The only rough spots were back and forth scheduling. Anthony seems very busy and replied promptly by text but then didn't always follow up again quickly (this pertains more to scheduling; I never doubted that the work would be done and to our satisfaction). I suspect it means his company is busy. I would definitely hire them again.

"Took literally months to complete repair even though it was a pre-paid deal. I had to call over and over and over."

"Foreman Jorge provided costs and schedule to build a pony wall and replace 2nd floor railing. He met all elements of this job with distinction. They did a terrific job at a great price and I am very happy I chose them for the job. They will be my first call for any other projects I need to get done. I highly recommend these guys."

"The provider was called regarding a gutter issue. When the provider arrived, he checked the roof and told us that it needed repair or replacement. He gave us estimates for both. Based on the estimates, we decided to have the roof replaced and at the same time, the gutters would be repaired. The roof looks good, however, we have not had any heavy rain since that time to confirm the gutters are fixed. We put down a 1/3 deposit on the roof and have not received a copy of their signed contract nor the 50 Year Transferable Warranty, which was the selling point of having the new roof put on. The morning the workman showed up to replace the roof, they asked my husband for more money up front. He said no, that in compliance with the contract, they would get the balance after the roof was replaced - that is what we did. They have been paid in full. We have tried to reach Jack Walker, the owner of Home Pro Roofing & Remodeling, since the roof was replaced and we have been unable to reach him via his office and cell phone numbers."

"George's painting, inc was responsive and professional from start to finish. The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. The crew was polite, professional, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each work day. I highly recommend this company and would use them again."
