The results came back a week later and it turns out we did not need the remediation they were recommending. I do not think the company was just trying to take my money, and the tech was not pushy in any way. I would just recommend doing the test and getting the lab results to tell you whether you need remediation or not (unless of course, the mold is so obvious it is reaching out to you from the walls). Otherwise, pay the $250 to get a more accurate assessment before paying for possibly unnecessary work."
