They finished the cleaning fast, in much less than total of 6 hours. I wish they would spend the remaining time on some extras. My house isn't that large and not that dirty, so just vacuuming, dusting, and surface cleaning doesn't take that long, but would be great if they did more things like cleaning glass doors in the cabinets, etc.

"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"I received A+ service from Granite Works. I met Bruno Valente, one of the co-owners, on my first visit. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy like some sales people. The slab I liked the best was marked sold.  In a follow up discussion with Bruno, my brother found out that the sister to that slab was available. Bruno gave it a rating of 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and he was right.  Bruno held the slab for a few days until I could get there. Purchased it that day, and he held it for 5 months at no charge. Many companies my brother called on my behalf would not hold a slab longer than 30 days.
When my brother was visiting from out of town, they were kind enough to bring it out of storage so that he could see it.  That day, we met Art Rivera who spent considerable time with me us and provided invaluable advice about a new counter I was adding.  He also provided other design suggestions on the backsplash and paint color, which I followed with great results. That was an extra bonus I didn't expect. So, if Art gives you advice, you should definitely take it.
The templater, Glauber (hope this is the correct spelling), was extremely detail oriented and communicated well with my carpenter and his assistant. He made a suggestion for the end cap of the new counter and the handrail behind it that made it a true work of
art.  Gus Valente (co-owner), with assistance from Eduardo (stone cutter), did a great job of deciding what parts of the stone would go where in my kitchen and fireplace.  They have an amazing eye. I was so impressed by their finding parts of the slab in totally different areas that would best connect at the seams. The installers were terrific and that process went very smoothly. I have 2 seams that are barely noticeable.  Their work in the kitchen and my fireplace surround was impeccable.
Granite Works exceeded my expectations, and I'm very picky.  My counters are a work of art.

"An excellent experience from start to finish.  We are finishing our basement and wanted a granite top for the bathroom vanity, with matching threshholds for the two entry doors.  We had used a competitor for an earlier job and, although we were happy with them, we decided to see what Granite Vision had to offer, and we are very happy that we did.  The business is run by two brothers and they worked patiently with us throughout the selection process.  Measurement was done quickly and accurately, and the installation was perfect, they asked questions throughout the process to make sure we were 100% satisfied.  My sister is renovating her kitchen soon and we have recommended Granite Vision to her; we'd recommend them to anyone!

"The Porcelite folks showed up on time and quickly completed the work needed.  However, there was some confusion about what cleaners could be used on the new resurfaced tub as well as the texture of the non-slip surface installed on the tub's bottom.  Porcelite quickly clarified which cleaners could be used and offered to sand down the non-slip surface to make it smoother if I so desired, which I eventually decided not to do.  Overall, good experience.

"My bathrooms before TLG were a battlefield requiring the expertise of a special forces team to custom design and build them anew.
In the time consuming process to select this team and before I knew about TLG,  I first contacted FBT Tile and Marble with whom I actually contracted and placed a 5000 deposit toward the project. I really thought I had it licked until Frank, the owner, came to see my house about 16 days after taking my deposit. Frank looked at the sad state of my bathrooms and viewed the high quality of my state of the art kitchen, additions and renovations to my house. Afterwards Frank told me that he didn't think he could live up to my expectations of what the bathrooms would be like and wasn't sure he could relocate the toilet and would return my deposit.  I was devastated that this triple A ranked company walked away from the contract. Frank referred me to Collins Tile and Stone but this company required that I contact a designer and engineer that they recommended. That would have been an additional cost of over two grand. This idea was completely unnecessary as Collins lacked the experience to address load bearing walls and design the bathrooms.
 I wanted a company that could roll it all together. After further research I found a kick a** company with chutzpah T.L.G. Tile, Inc,  they knew how to address load bearing walls and move toilets. These guys were the A team I was looking for and they expertly addressed all the issues foisted upon them on this project. The main event was handling the load bearing wall which was precisely renovated to allow for an additional  five foot depth to the middle bath. Every step of the way they met my expectations from a detailed contract, drawings, marble carrera vanity countertops, mosaic tile products, high end furniture vanities, moen equipment, excellent light fixtures, professional painters, professional tile masons, plumbers, and electricians. Pricing was cheaper than FBT, the cowards that dropped out the last minute. TLG coordinated everything perfectly, the quality of the work was outstanding. This is a family operation and the owner of the company, Todd, often comes out to check up on the quality of the work (not that this was
needed). I really enjoyed working with all of the guys who proudly showed me the stages of their work. Everything was timely completed  looking beautiful, and all evidence of their presence totally removed and left as neat and tidy as before they arrived.
I can't speak highly enough of this company!

"The work took longer than anticipated, some due to factors beyond their control (suppliers delivering wrong tiles) but not all (workers not coming everyday or on days when scheduled or working full 8 hours).  They were not always on time, which often wasn't a big deal but the uncertainty was an issue when one of us had to stayed home from work to meet them.  The quality of the products is very high, but the quality of the installation was less so.  We had to have them come back several times to fix issues with the tiles and an electrical issue. They were very responsive and more than willing to keep working until we were completely satisfied, which by the end we were.  At the end, the kitchen looks beautiful and we really enjoy it.  I don't think the issues we had were anything out of the ordinary for a kitchen remodel, and we would consider using them again for future projects."
