My main complain was the price after I did an online comparison. usually, the PRV installation will cost around $500 on the high end, but Bell Brother charged me $1600 since the new valve does not fit the old pipe, and they needed to redo the pipe. We first met when we took advantage of the Four Aces deal thru Angieslist for $125 for a ceiling fan installation. 
From the Angieslist deal for $849 electric panel replacement, we also got an estimate for replacing/upgrading the entire panel including installing a ground/lightening rod thru the concrete.  Leo spent considerable time with us going over all the details.  We will certainly have them do that job when finances permit.
BTW, it was new to me was that he took pics with his cell phone of the panel we want to replace.  What a cool, smart idea.  
I also love that they additionally use email, and send estimates by email as well.
I see why Four Aces has rave reviews on Angieslist, so add ours to the list.
