"Ben was honest, on time and did a great job. I would hire again and would recommend. Hot water heater died on worst time, Friday afternoon, but we worked through pictures and got an estimate, hired and replaced the next day, amazing."

"The gentleman who provided the estimate was very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. He took time to educate us on our best options and he fully answered all our questions. We gathered 4 different estimates for this project, and Basset offered the best value by far. The maintenance plan offered more service for less cost compared to the other professionals. Basset was able to get us on the installation schedule within a week of our estimate! The installers (AC unit and electrical) were kind and professional. They called 20 minutes out to let us know they were on their way. The installer also took time to go over basic information, common problems, and what to do under certain circumstances. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Basset and we highly recommend them for any related home improvement project."

"I needed my swamp cooler water line replaced. Brandon was able to replace it and have it up and running with no issues."

"Anthony was fantastic! Highly recommend if you are looking for a professional and timely repair. Everything was thoroughly explained throughout the appointment. They will be my go-to for all future service."

"Had tight timeframe for completing the work. These guys came through for me."

"Affordable Rooter has been our go to for all plumbing related issues for years. They are prompt and responsive. They also communicate well so you understand thoroughly what the job will entail and do great work at reasonable rates."

"The crew were running late that morning due to an emergency at another customers location, so they called to let us know of the delay. A second call later in the morning confirmed they were done and were on their way. After talking with us about our concerns, it was recommended that a video inspection be done first and if necessary, perform a cleaning. They showed us the live video of the inspection and verified that no cleaning was needed. Both Josh and Alec were professional, friendly, and very pleasant to deal with. Fast service, excellent communication, fair and honest contractors. Highly recommended!"

"This was a project I probably could have done myself, but had no time. I pushed the first plumber on another offer to remove and install four bathroom sinks in two hours. I thought I would throw them a bone with this job. I really appreciated the quality of work performed and the professionalism provided. Keep up the great work!
