We provide structural design and calculation for varius residential buildings including: Retaining walls Hillside Foundation Decks, Patio cover and other backyard structures We provide construction support, structural observations and reports. In addition, we provide Civil Engineering services design and analysis for new site development, grading, erosion and drainage plans. All design and analysis will be completed for submittal to the local City for applicable permits. What makes us apart is that we pay close attention to each client giving them one on one service and advise them in their needs.

We are also available to conduct preliminary field visits and structural observations during construction. "Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
