"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. I also feel like my skin is benefitting from the softer water. and the acidic levels in my well water are controlled."

"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. "Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."
