"Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left."

"The latest visit diagnosed a failed ignition valve which needed to be ordered and replaced. They arrived promptly, assessed, diagnosed and ordered the parts immediately. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

"I recently hired Sam for a water pressure regulator replacement, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Sam's responsiveness, communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. Sam quickly addressed the urgent issue , communicated effectively throughout the process, and took the time to educate me about the problem. (my water pressure measured at 120 psi instead of 50-60! and it effected my expansion tank on my water heater as well!) His efficiency in replacing the regulator, expansion tank and upgrading the water shutoff showcased his attention to detail. I highly recommend Sam for any plumbing needs.
