Get matched with top central a/c service or repairers in Woodstock, NY

"Sometimes you just get lucky. We got super lucky when we hired D. Rohde to fix our A/C. Our technician Mike A. showed up with a helper/trainee, explained the estimate fees and then went to work. In less than 10 minutes he was able to identify the defective part, return to the truck for a new replacement part, and then install the new item. In under 30 minutes our main central A/C was back up and running. The second (upstairs) central air unit took another 10 minutes to diagnose and then about 40 minutes of grueling work in a super-hot attic to drain out the overflow tray, cut, blow-out the drain line, and repair the drain. Once drained, the unit is again working perfectly. It is great when a technician shows up and really is an expert. Mike A. is such an expert and also extremely friendly. Brandon, the assistant/trainee was also great and someday will make a great technician using all the knowledge learned from Mike's expert tutelage. I will recommend these guys to everyone I meet."

"The technicians were very good and solved the problem with my central air conditioning. The next time I have a problem I would get other estimates of the costs involved."

"Customer service was excellent. Received a call same day and pro was there to do the job same day. Friendly, fast and efficient. Will hire again."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Hakeem and his workers did an excellent job on installing a boiler and hot water heater in my house on short notice. They were on time and stayed until the job was done. I had some questions a day later and Hakeem was at my house that day to show me how to navigate the equipment . My house was freezing and Hakeem came and did the job within 24 hours of me calling him. I have had Hakeem at my house for other repairs in the past and he always gets the job done and he is a very friendly, trustworthy person. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a fair price and good service"

"They repaired our 20 year-old system with expertise, professionalism, and extreme responsivenesss. Wide-ranging know-how of both electrical and A/C systems was needed, as well as plumbing experience. Other service providers were not interested in repair; they just wanted to provide a link to a new installation. We know we will need a replacement system in the near future, and will turn to Dand J for an honest, cost-effective installation relevant to our needs."

"The work was completed in 2 1/2 days in a professional manner.  The crew were hard working and professional. When they were done, they had cleaned up the work areas and checked all their work.  We were able to correctly identify the breakers and create a chart to keep in the box.  The house was built in 1904 with gas lights originally.  Wiring was redone with some upgrades over the decades.  The old wiring was adequate at best, but with little rhyme or reason the to what was on which circuit. No major rewiring was needed in the house.   I found Omar  easy to work with, knowledgeable, and very professional. He provided we with all the necessary licenses and insurance certificates and was always available if needed.  He personally checked all the work done.  I would definitely use him again.
