"Called the original installers from 12 years ago but they weren’t very responsive. Ray Page responded with same day service and worked with my schedule. They sent text alerts with picture of Scott. Scott has been to my house before to fix Kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Very professional and nice. This time, he did the big job, replaced the water heater and cleaned up as well. Very reliable service."

"Would definitely recommend and use them again for plumbing repairs and service"

"Excellent service. Had them replace my well tank and remove the old one. Very clean work"

"The job was quick and efficient .service techs where knowledgeable and pleasant reasonably priced and within quoted price."

"Drainworks of Columbia CT solved a serious septic system blockage at our home in Hebron when no one else would. After a quick call to set up an appointment Justinâ s team were at our home first thing the next morning. They diagnosed the blockage problem using cameras and newer technology that permits them to work faster and more efficiently than others. Then they brought in a crew and the equipment to fully clean out the blockages and repair our septic system. They worked tirelessly and cheerfully all day in a cold rain until they completed the repairs same day. Wow! Consider me a DrainWorks customer for life."

"I really haven't been happy with them. I find their prices to be very high, but the quality of work is ok. They sent someone to do the maintenance on the boiler and he didn't really seem to know what he was doing. He changes two filters and the nozzle on my oil furnace so he has about $8 invested and spends less than an hour of his time doing the work so to me it's a waste of money. I was expecting that at the beginning of every season they would contact me and let me know I was due, but I am finding that I have to call them. They deliver oil on a scheduled basis and they usually show up well before I need a full tank so they're delivering more often than they need to. I have dealt with their office help over the phone and they are ok, but it's never the same person twice. I plan to either hire someone else or do it myself."

"The service was great. They gave a lot of really helpful suggestions. They replaced our bulbs with low energy bulbs. They put in weather stripping in areas needed as well. They were great to work with. They gave a detailed report on how to lower our energy usage."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"
