"I had the pleasant experience of having Mike repair my shower fixture. He was very polite as well as professional. He did a fantastic job and if it were not for Mike keen eye, my living room ceiling could have been damaged due to the leak he had found behind the fixture he had replaced. He is an asset to your company, don't let him slip through your hands. Thank you again Mike !!!!"

"We needed our boiler replaced and had multiple companies come and look at the job. We ended up selecting Sila as we read good reviews on the company. Sila surpassed our expectations. The tech who performed the install (Gage) was on time, communicated the entire process to us from start to finish and did a tremendous job. He also made sure to clean up afterwards and was very professional. We would absolutely hire Sila again!"

"I am a repeat customer of Peter Zereski. I find it laughable that someone claims that Peter didn't call them back. From the time I first emailed Peter about my problem two weeks ago, all he has done is OVERCOMMUNICATE with me. Due to additional contractors working at my house, I had to reschedule several times. He was nothing but understanding and flexible. He worked to reschedule a new time that worked for both of us.
Initially I had him look at a leaking toilet. After that was repaired, I had him look at dripping problem in my shower. Peter evaluated the problem and ended up replacing the unit. He is a trustworthy guy that proposes solutions that are the best for the homeowner, not what will make him the most money. How do I know? Because I've been screwed over by other plumbers in the past.

"See above. While he was here, I asked the provider for an estimate on another plumbing issue I had. He explained how he could do the repair and told me he would send an estimate but I never heard from him again. He did a very good job on my faucet replacement though."

"At first it was suggested that the whole commode be replaced, but it was found out that the bowl was intact and that only the tank be replaced. This replacement was done and the new unit worked fine and nothing else was needed to be done. Great service, good workmanship and will recommend this company to others."

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Woodville, MA

When installing a sewer line, you should consider extra costs like tree removal, driveway repairs, or patio resurfacing. Hiring a professional plumber is essential, and you may need additional specialists if landscaping or heavy excavation is involved. Addressing these potential extras up front helps ensure accurate budgeting and prevents sudden cost overruns.

To calculate the length of sewer piping you need, measure the distance from your house to the main sewer line, adding the depth of the city main to this distance. Be sure to account for any obstacles like tree roots or utility lines that may require additional piping.

City sewer lines are installed at a lower elevation to prevent unwanted backflow and water damage. This lower positioning ensures enhanced performance and long-term safety, meeting all technical and safety standards.

With trenchless methods, a plumber inserts a smaller pipe within the existing plumbing, avoiding full excavation. It can be more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional methods, but it's not suitable for all homes.

Yes, you must secure permission from your local water authority before connecting to a public sewer line. This approval ensures your connection meets all regulatory requirements.

Sewer lines are buried between 18 inches and 8 feet deep, with most systems placed between 18 and 30 inches. In colder regions, pipes are set deeper to remain below the frost line.
