"Other builders came in with estimates that cost less than US ProPaint and Renovation. In spite of this we chose US ProPaint and Renovation because JR explained all the work that would be done to demolish our wooden deck and replace it with trex decking. The other builders who gave us estimates did not spend as much time, or explain what they would do to complete the work we wanted.; and their estimates were lower in cost, but not a whole lot less. Once we committed to have US ProPaint and Renovation work for us, the work began very quickly. JR told us the work would commence in 2 weeks. They actually started earlier than that. 3 men worked long hours, typically 8:30 am to 7 pm each day in some pretty warm and humid weather. They were courteous and kept me informed on what they were going to accomplish on any given day. We were completely satisfied with the work and how the deck ended up. We will hire them again for other projects."

"We engaged South Eastern Carpentry for a new deck rebuild and couldn't be happier! The entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Steve’s standards for himself are the highest we have ever observed in a contractor. Even the tiniest imperfections really bothered him even though they were barely noticeable to us. When this project started, we envisioned a basic deck but Steve worked with us to explore more visually appealing options and we ultimately empowered him to put his own creative flourishes on the project. The finished deck has wildly exceeded our expectations in both quality and appearance. We feel so lucky to have found a contractor that is so transparent, honest, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. We highly recommend South Eastern Carpentry to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-built deck (or other renovation project)! You will be incredibly glad that you have chosen a professional with such integrity, creativity, and skill - we certainly are."

"They did a tremendous job in taking my old porch down and building a new porch they used Pressure treated lumber then covered by with an AZEK boards to cover all around it looks so beautiful. "We hired Durable Remodeling to build a brand new front porch on our house, and it came out beautifully. We have a 120-year-old Colonial house, which is in good shape, except that the front portico and a side entrance were both falling apart. Dean gave us several different ideas about how we could replace or repair them, and he encouraged us to think creatively about what we want. We decided to add a large farmer's porch to the front of our house and redesign the side entrance. Dean designed both beautifully, and the entire Durable Remodeling crew worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. Throughout the entire project, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The porch matches the style of our house so perfectly that it looks like it has been there since the house was built. The side entrance has become much more functional with the redesign, while staying true to the house's style. We highly recommend Durable Remodeling!"

"Remodel or Renew Home Improvement did a excellent job on my new deck. They were professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Excellent work! Tim was always responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The deck turned out great, and I’m very happy with the finished project. Highly recommend!"

"The company did a great job preparing and painting my deck. I thought I needed to replace the deck steps and they told me that was unnecessary because the step integrity was fine. They were enthusiastic about their work, on time, and wanted to be sure I was happy with the result. I will use the company again."

"My house is a raised ranch and had no back door to the fenced in yard. Ryan’s design and build of the rear entrance and porch is how it should have been designed and built in the first place."

"We hired Joseph to replace our old wood deck with composite decking and railings. He also extended part of the deck and reinforced the frame. We felt the price we were charged was reasonable and the work was professional. This project was completed by Joseph himself and 1 other person helping him. The project took a bit longer than expected due to material delays but we are pleased with the final result."
