We decided to add a large farmer's porch to the front of our house and redesign the side entrance. Dean designed both beautifully, and the entire Durable Remodeling crew worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. Throughout the entire project, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The porch matches the style of our house so perfectly that it looks like it has been there since the house was built. They gave options on what could be done ( option 1 keep the frame and replace the decking or a totally new deck including base frame work. I chose to keep the frame and the beefed it up to make it right for the composite decking. The job was done per the schedule they suggested and they also replaced some of my siding and trim while also adding proper flashing were the deck Meeks the house. They do a very professionalAL job and the entire deck look great. I highly recommend them. You get what you pay for and these guys are really good."

"These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered. "I originally asked this company to come out and give me a price on replacing my front walk that was starting to deteriorate. Upon looking at my roof, they asked me a number of questions and it was determined that my roof was the priority. They gave me a price they told me what they would do one over the guarantee and I hired them Their team showed up on time got the work done and the cleanup was amazing I would definitely recommend this company and think you will also be very satisfied with their service I realize initially the work to be done was my walkway, but obviously my roof had a priority"
