"I hired Sun Step to do a number of things for me. They range from repair to a full demo and rebuild of a deck. Let me start on how professional they were in every step of the way walking me through what needed to be done. I first hired them to help me sell an old victorian home built in 1900. I had a water pipe break and flood my dining room. James cam to my home and removed all the water damage to the ceiling and walls and was very skilled to repair everything back to the way it was originally. He also helped me clear up a few points on a home inspection and the one I was most impressed with was a front door railing that he built from scratch and matched the time period with great precision. I also hired James to look at a deck on my new home in Westminster. He showed me all the damaged areas and was able to explain to me the process of repair. This was a full demo of the old deck and rebuild. I am very happy with the deck as I know now it is built correctly and safe."

I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered.
