By the end of the day he sent me a quote for two different models. The night before he came to install the new heater he asked to see it to be sure he would have everything he needed. Mr. Rizzo is an excellent plumber and a pleasure to work with. He covered all the floors I would definitely recommend him. He was a rare find!"

Whenever I was able to get a live person on the phone they promised to be here the next day between certain hours. The hours came and went and not a single soul called me or came. I called Moh on Monday night and explained my situation and let him know that I didn't have any heat. He promptly sent me a text telling me he's be here by 10am the next day. He was quick, knowledgeable and took him time resolving my issue. He also suggested that I change to gas heat and I'm definitely going to use his company in the spring to do just that.
