We are working our way down the long list getting everything repaired and I know it is done correctly. When we had a unknown leak causing water to drip from the basement ceiling, he made himself available to check it out. Everything he does is done beautifully and he cleans up everything afterward. When larger jobs require other trades, he schedules them at the same time to complete the whole job so you don't have to be stuck with a hole somewhere or an unusable shower until you can get a contractor to finish the job. When he heard about our electrical troubles (and saw some for himself) he called his friend and then followed up with them to make sure it was taken care of. It is clear that Ralph is running his business so that he can make lifelong relationships with customers who will go back to him over and over. I highly recommend him."

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! "I had a leak in my bathtub after a day of cleaning. It was more than inconvenient, so I reached out to Angie’s List and Harold at Zbest Plumbing was one of the recommended on the list. He called me and was extremely friendly and offered to come the next day. I was very desperate and agreed to hold off until the next day so I could compare some prices and clean up after trying to fix the problem on my own. He then offered to come right then and there after thinking about it to at least look at the issue and decided to make me an offer so good I couldn’t turn it down and managed to not only remove the old pipes and shoe that was stuck under the tub but replace the entire system in a matter of hours.
