"Kelvin Funes, owner of KF Remodeling is a very experienced contractor in all aspects of home building and remodeling. They have done four jobs for me this year from Feb to July of 2025. Jobs included; shower/bathroom, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. Some were major plumbing and installation of wired smoke detectors. Not easy but Kelvin always tells me his job is to solve problems. And he does. Twice I needed to call him back to handle small over looked items and he returned promptly to handle them. "Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.
