"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I am so thankful that Eddington Heating and Cooling chose to retire and sell their Customers Accounts to CJS Heating and Air. I trusted Eddington 100% and now I trust their choice CJS to service my Heating and Air needs. Kevin our initial tech, I called him Mr. Wonderful for a reason. He is beyond educated and made my concerns a PRIORITY. Kevin asked me tons of questions and he listened to me. Literally 24 HOURS after I MET KEVIN my brand new system was installed and operating at 100% efficiency. That's the exact kind of service that I needed. The Installation team members were meticulous, timely, personable, and provided great communication plus education. My CJS team are 3 great men and Technicians. I wish my equipment didn't require a complete replacement but.... it did and I seen the problems with my own eyes. Thank You CJS and Team! You are Stellar!"

"Called Toms Washer and Dryer Repair after seeing good reviews on several sites. My washer is in need of repair. I have a Samsung Front load washer that shakes too much during the spin cycle. I replaced the absorber shocks myself (paid $60 through Amazon for the parts) and it lasted about 6 loads of laundry when the shaking started again. Tom came over and said it needs shock absorbers and that he needs to order them will take 4 days to come in. After I mentioned that I just replaced them we both thought maybe I bought defective parts. He mentioned this should fix it and if it didn't he would eat the price of the shock. So I had to pay almost $200 for shocks (not including labor). He replaced the shocks (they looked identical to the ones I purchased) and it seemed to work. 6 load of laundry later and the problem is back. Called him to let him know the problem is happening again, he was puzzled why it was doing it again, said he doesn't know why it's doing it and the parts he put in should have worked. He called someone who mentioned it might need another part (springs). Said it would cost me around $70 for parts. Well I just spent a lot of money for him to fix a problem that didn't get fixed and he wanted to charge me more for something he doesn't know will fix the problem. Sorry, not happening."
