"I had Ever Dry inspect my basement due to water coming out of the trap door at the bottom on my furnace chimney. After a full inspection they determined that my problem was not my basement, it was with the chimney. They gave us suggestions on how to fix the issue even though it was not basement related which showed that they go out of their way to help the homeowner. Even though we didn't need their services, they still took the time to educate us on what signs we should look for in the future in case a basement issues begin. I feel more knowledgeable about basement walls and foundation, and found their suggestions to address our problem to be extremely valuable. "From the moment Joe picked up my call the plan was formed. Fast turnaround on site visit for estimate. Very fair pricing. Lead time was long, but that's the state of things now. When time came to execute project, there were no delays. His office organized permits and inspections. His crews were courteous, hard working and left the interior job site in a broom-swept / shop-vac'd at the end of each work day. The exterior driveway was hosed down and scrubbed from all debris. Drainage system installation was done very nicely, using all proper fittings, cleanouts and flashings. The new concrete pour was feathered into the existing concrete slab very nicely. I likely won't buy a post-war bungalow missing a sump system again, but if I do, WaterBGone will be doing the installation."

"For the first time in years my basement is totally dry after a rainstorm!   What a relief!  After hearing horror stories about digging up foundations and incredibly expensive repairs, I finally got it done.  It turned out to be simple and at $500. affordable. The guy came and injected the crack with a (urethane?) foam.  It oozed out and sealed everything up.  The guy was neat and tidy and finished it up really well. If I painted it you'd never know there was a crack.  Thanks Guys!  I am super pleased!"

They even volunteered to clear the snow from my driveway by shovel when my machine wouldn't start. The use of plastic sheets and a high efficiency vacuum system connected to the jackhammer kept the dust down."

"I'm very pleased. I had concerns about dust and fumes from the epoxy. The dust was minimal and fumes were not an issue at all. If I had to do it all over again, I'd set up a box fan with filters, as I've seen on YouTube, but even without that, the dust was not overwhelming. The workers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and welcomed my checking in on them. When they went to lunch, they cleaned up their work area, (even put the toilet seat down in the basement bathroom), something I didn't expect at all. I had questions when they were at lunch, and the salesman got the answers I needed quickly. A couple of things I would change about this process: 1. After they were done, cleaned the area for the day, and put their equipment away, one of the workers invited me downstairs to approve their work. If I had not approved, it was a bit late for me to object as they were packed and ready to go. I suggest in the future the homeowner be asked for their approval before everything's packed up. Their work looked good, but this seemed like a manipulative tactic that wasn't appreciated. 2. The more experienced of the two workers explained early on that he needed to remove some insulation but assured me he'd put it back when he was done. When I saw that he'd not put it back, I mentioned it. He refused to put it back, saying "It doesn't matter". It was an odd way to end a perfect job up to that point. I was totally pleased with how everything was handled, and then that comment and behavior from him just put a bad taste in my mouth. That evening or the next day, I received a very nice gift from the company that was just a really nice touch. A couple of weeks later, we had heavy rains and I experienced water along the walls where the work was done. Within a week of me raising the concern, an arrangement for a technician to visit my home was made. I appreciate their prompt attention to the matter. I expect it's very simple like needing more epoxy at the base of the straps, so I decided to go ahead and submit this review. It's difficult to find trustworthy people to do work in your home. I'm very relieved I found a company that is totally worthy of that trust and highly recommend Acculevel. The work they did looks good and solid."

"All items accomplished per discussion with service writer. The items were in response to an energy audit performed by Northeastern REMC, a free service to their customers. It took the workers a bit longer to accomplish all the work, but they didn't shortcut anything. In fact, they found an area that wasn't discussed while foaming the common wall and took care of it as well, as it just made sense to include it. I tipped each of the installers for their extra help. <br /> I could easily tell the comfort difference in every area they'd hit, both during the winter and the subsequent summer. I just hired them to fix another problem with the fireplace area that's been difficult to diagnose and look forward to them resolving the problem. <br />"
