"Communication is a problem with this company. I had to call to make the appointment even though I had all the dates available on the signup. On Monday the day of the appointment, I had to call to check on my appointment which was 10-12 at 11:40. They said they would be out there shortly, but I had to call back again at 1:15 to cancel( outraged) -a waste of my day off. Setup the appointment for Friday for 8-10 but, yet again I called they had my name down but, didn't have a time for me. They did dispatch a technician right away and he accomplished the task of replacing an outside hose bib and line in a timely and professional manner."

"Angie's promo of $200 of plumber time for $99 seemed perfect for this house.  But plumber knew we needed a cartridge replacement before arriving, and that other plumbing issues may be present in the house.  He replaced the cartridge, but didn't see the other issues nor check around the house for them.

Consequently, I had to call them back to  replace a second showers' cartridge which was faulty at the time of the first job.  It would have been EASY to do both at the same time, along with capping an uncapped drain line under the kitchen sink.  I felt the second trip charges should have been adjusted downward to the cost of the cartridge only."

"Provider was out of state initially when first purchased, so wasn't able to get him booked until a month+ later, which was not a big deal for me, but understand the inconvenience if needed immediately.  He was very punctual on the day that we scheduled and completed what was asked of him in a timely, professional manner.  I reimbursed him for items he purchased to complete the job but was not given the receipt for myself.  I purchased the 'Big Deal' of $99 for 4 hours of work, but was done in less then 2 hours (And not worth the $99 spent) and when I called to ask about the other two hours he said it's not really worth the drive from Peyton to the Springs for him (Although, there's nothing on the deal saying all services to be rendered at once).  Nice guy and did good work but probably will never hire him for anything else, as he is apparently more interested in saving himself (gas) money then fulfilling his obligations.  Unfortunately, this 'Big Deal' was NOT a great deal for me!  If you do use this contractor for the 'Big Deal', just be sure you have several projects lined up so you can get the full benefit of 'Deal'.
