I took off one star (would have just taken off 1/2 star but that's not possible on Angi) because they were planning to install the drain line *after* the P-trap, instead of before it, which is just not the best practice. Fortunately I had researched this beforehand and read the RO system's manual (and they were happy to fulfill my request). Otherwise I was super pleased with In Town's work, and with their courtesy (on the phone and in-person), along with their very reasonable pricing. I'd definitely recommend In Town to others! "

I checked the price of this job ahead of time as I always do with any work that needs to be done at my home. Parts and labor, I always need to know up front. I do not like it when any workers come off as greedy and try to insult my intelligence. I hope the work of this young man lasts. However, I would have been able to give him 5 stars, if he had chosen to fully conduct himself as a professional in the end. This plumber was paid $1700. The price I paid was completely within the range of what it cost for parts and labor to upgrade an old water heater, with a new water heater. I wish his well..."
