He did a nice job and made sure that everything was in good working order before he left. "The gentlemen who sell the product were excellent.  Punctual and answered our numerous questions.  The installation was timely and the laborers were great.  That's where the good stuff stopped.  First of all, there were scuffs all over the ceilings and a hole in the sheetrock where they had dropped a tool in the attic.  Secondly, the installation of the ac grates was shotty at best.  We had to take one down and realized they were only screwed into the sheetrock no strapping or molly bolts.  The biggest issue however, is that we have been without heat on three occassions, had zones running continuously, and had no less than five service calls to them.  We are beyond frustrated after spending so much and are still working to rectify the issue

I have updated our review.  After the last service call, the problems with the furnace have been fixed.  I believe they are now working with a different installation company which should match with their customer service end of things (which as i said was always excellent) we are still waiting for them to come back this summer to complete a few odds and ends and as soon as that work is completed i will give a final review
