"Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!"

"Unfortunately I did not get the same experience as everyone else. I was very patient very understanding of the times, availability and E&S schedules. 1st customer and last. 1st time reaching out to Lloyd he responded immediately and sent someone out in 3days. I have a clogged sewer drain (still do). The plumber came worked said it was fixed. I trusted with so many good comments reviews and I paid the bill. Then realized the issue was not fixed. Texted Lloyd and it took 7days to send someone out again. The issue has still not been fixed. They were to come A 3rd day waited 3 hours and they never showed up. And they r absent in responding. So lack of communication and doesn?t seem to care or think its as serious as I believe. Again very disappointed with the ways things were handled and not satisfied at all. Wish I would waited a tad bit more before ?paying? a bill for service that was not fixed."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
