They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.

Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home. My husband had CHF and COPD so I was specifically interested in the ways I can help his breathing better. I believe in todayâ s environment itâ s difficult for companies to get really good employees. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
