"Kevin did great work and kept me updated throughout the job. Repaired and painted my deck at a reasonable cost and looks good as new."

"I would highly recommend David Docherty Painting. Their pricing is fair and they are easy to work with. I had them stain a deck. Since the deck is off the second floor, both top and underside needed to be done. They did an excellent job w/no mess or over spray to deal with."

"Jim and his team were very professional throughout and did an awesome job renovating our exterior porch that enabled us to proceed with our initial concrete project. Jim's recommendation in 3D allowed us to visualize the plans in advance and the end result was perfect for our needs. I will be reaching out to Lockhart Construction for future work and highly recommend that you do the same!!"

"First, the owner, Benny Bennett, came on time to see what needed to be done and give me a quote. I told him that I only wanted my gutters to be cleaned because I needed to have my deck replaced. He gave me a quote for the cleaning, for gutter guards in the back, and to replace the deck. Not only was he reasonable, he had his crew come and had all the work done in under four hours. The crew cleaned up all of the old boards and ran a magnet over the area to make sure no nails or screws were there to ensure my and my dog's safety. The crew were polite and professional and very hard working.. They did a great job and it looks great! I would gladly recommend and intend to use them again on another job."

"Outstanding Job, on time and budget. Would highly recommend this company."

"Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they were responsive. They were able to come the next day. I was not able to be there, but my neighbor was home and said that things went well. When I came home and after everything had dried, I could see areas where there dirt streaks had been left and they didn't get under the deck but for the price it did make the house look better. I would hire again if I was there in person."

"These guys do a great job and leave the site clean. This was the 3rd or 4th time they've cleaned our gutters and they've always done a great job."

"Pat Quinn was excellent to deal with. I wasn't sure what type of patio I wanted out front. Pat came with pictures, suggestions and prices during our consultation. He explained the entire process & got back to me promptly when I had questions. I highly recommend!"

"It went very well. They showed up by 7 a m and got started right away. Both men were proffesional and nice. The house which has alluminum siding and brick were completely cleaned. It looks 100% better and we couldn't be happier. While they were here I also had my front concrete porch and sidewalk power washed along with having my gutters cleaned out for an extra cost. All of this work done was worth every penny. We will be using them again in the future and will be referring this company to other home owners."
