"Brian came out to the house and did a thorough review of the issues we were having. He explained what he thought had to be done. He even told us if we wanted to wait on the column it was more of an eyesore than anything but that it wasn't going to cause problems anytime soon. We decided to go ahead and replace it. It was refreshing that he wasn't just trying to make a buck but telling us exactly what we needed and didn't need. We scheduled a date. That morning they called and were there when they said they would be. The two worked all day and did a highly professional job. We are extremely pleased and will definitely be hiring them again for some carpentry work in our basement."

"Oscar is very professional and always shows up when he says he will. He is a great communicator and returns texts, calls and quotes back in a very timely manor. "Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."
