"Anthony Maynor and team recently replaced one of our HVAC units with a new Trane split system: Air conditioning and furnace. We had previously utilized their services to service our builder-installed HVAC units and had been very impressed with their responsiveness, friendliness, low-pressure engagements, and - most of all - technical expertise. Hence, we had great confidence that they would do a great job installing a completely new unit. Anthony Maynor is exceptionally thoughtful in his explanations to the customer/end-user. That is, he will tailor his technical explanations to match the level of information transfer that the end-user wants. For an engineer like me, I appreciated Anthony’s willingness to provide as detailed a technical explanation as I could understand without my being an expert in the HVAC domain as he definitely is. In fact, Anthony regularly engages in continuous training and maintaining certifications. It took the team roughly 7 hours to completely replace a split system including clean-up and a thorough walk-through and explanation of the new installation. The entire team is a pleasure to work with! Very friendly, courteous and customer-satisfaction/understanding-focused. All of this shows in his and his teams’ work which was performed to exacting standards. Our Town-of-Cary inspector visited a few days later and passed our installation while also remarking: “This outfit [A. Maynor Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.” ALWAYS does an excellent job!” We will used Anthony’s services again: NOT because we anticipate any problems with his installation, but because we have additional units that we can so willingly entrust to his team!"
